If you need to cancel your attendance in the lead-up to the conference, please refer to the below cancellation policies:

For PTM Registration Fees:

• Cancel before 17 May 2026 - no cancellation fee before 90 days
• Cancel between 18 May and 30 June 2026 - a $100.00 cancellation fee will be incurred
• Cancel between 1 July and 9 August 2026- a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred 
• Cancel from 10 August 2026 onwards -  a 100% cancellation fee will be incurred. 

For Partner/Spouse function tickets:

• Cancel their attendance within 14 days of the function - a 100% cancellation fee will be incurred. 

Privacy Statement

Data collected by TravelManagers and its agents will only be used by TravelManagers and its agents to provide information necessary to the service providers for the purpose of assisting you with your participation in the TravelManagers Australia Conference. All information will be held on a database and will not be made available to any other persons or organisations nor sold or revealed to third parties without your written permission.

Recording/Images

As a registered delegate, I hereby acknowledge that TravelManagers will be recording parts of the conference, and taking photographic images. I give my permission by attending that TravelManagers may:

• Record my picture and/or voice on photographic, film and/or video digital media;
• Edit these images and sounds into media programs - as part of a film, internet program, brochure, report or publicity material concerning TravelManagers and its work;
• I hereby release TravelManagers from any infringement or violation of personal and/or property rights of any sort whatsoever based upon the use of the recorded images and sounds;
• I acknowledge that TravelManagers owns and shall own all rights, title and interest (including copyright) in the recorded images and sounds.
• I further acknowledge that TravelManagers is not obliged to use the recorded images and sounds.
• I warrant that I have full power to enter into this Release and that the terms of this Release do not in any way conflict with any existing commitment on my part.

Liability

This event is organised by Cornerstone Events as an agent for TravelManagers. By registering to attend this event you are entering into a contract with TravelManagers and not with Cornerstone Events.

Whilst all care will be taken for security of the conference rooms and associated sites, TravelManagers accepts no responsibility whatsoever for loss, damage or theft of equipment or other property or personal effects belonging to attendees, or for any acts or omissions of any third party suppliers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TravelManagers and Cornerstone Events accept no responsibility for any loss, cost or expense arising directly or indirectly as a result of or in any way connected with the use or performance of this website.

TravelManagers accepts no responsibility for delay or cancellation of the conference due to extraneous circumstances. All efforts will be made to maintain a harmonious and worthwhile event for all parties.

Insurance

It is your sole responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance, including adequate travel insurance

Payments

If you have registered as a Personal Travel Manager, and/or have bought additional social event tickets, TravelManagers will charge your end of month invoice for the month you have registered.  

Note, all registration prices are in AUD and are GST exclusive. 

All attendees are bound by these terms and conditions.
