The AMCA National Conference 2026 will take place in Darwin from Monday 28 September to Thursday 1 October 2026, including three nights’ accommodation at the Adina / Vibe Darwin Waterfront.

Notes

The National Conference is a family-friendly event; however please note that some activities (such as Nightcap Drinks) will have restrictions on under 18's attending. We will provide a Kids Club service for the Gala Dinner.

Accommodation

Conference Dates

Accommodation will be allocated at the Adina / Vibe Waterfront Hotel. Room allocation is subject to availability and will be confirmed on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

There are no additional charges for accommodation nights inclusive of the conference dates, arriving, Monday 28 September and departing, Thursday 1 October.

Children
For registrations that include children, a member of the Cornerstone Events team will contact you within two business days to confirm any additional accommodation requirements and advise on final costs.

Request to extend your stay

If you would like to extend your stay either pre or post-event dates at the Adina / Vibe Waterfront Hotel, please select your preferred dates from the date fields below. We will review your request and will come back to you with availability and per night rate. Please note, extension nights are subject to hotel availability and are limited.

Booking Flights

Members are responsible for booking their own travel to and from the conference. 

If you would like assistance booking your flights, Jo from GTM Travel is happy to assist. Please note, a $50.00 per person booking fee applies.

Note: due to limited air capacity we strongly recommend booking your flights as soon as possible.
