Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be advised in writing to RNSSS@cornerstoneevents.com.au. Registrations without accommodation cancelled prior to 29 September 2025 will receive a refund less 10% of the original invoice fee - as an administration fee. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.
Registrations with accommodation and accommodation extension bookings at Hilton Sydney made after 15 September 2025 will incur full cancellation for the total nights' accommodation cancelled.
Should you fail to arrive for your stay, full cancellation charges will apply.
Credit Card Fees
A 1.95% charge will be added to all AMEX, MasterCard and Visa credit card transactions.

In the event of industrial disruptions, neither RNS Shoulder Symposium nor Cornerstone Events can be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of publishing, but is subject to change if and as is deemed necessary.
This event is organised by Cornerstone Events as an agent for RNS Shoulder Symposium. By registering to attend this event you are entering into a contract with RNS Shoulder Symposium and not with Cornerstone Events.
By providing your accommodation details you authorise Cornerstone Events to act as your agent in making accommodation arrangements for you with the named suppliers and confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions of those suppliers [which may be obtained directly from the supplier]. By authorising Cornerstone Events to make your accommodation arrangements, you acknowledge that your contract will be with the named suppliers and not with Cornerstone Events.
Cornerstone Events is not liable in any way to individual delegates and does not exercise direct control over the goods or services of third party suppliers. For the avoidance of doubt, Cornerstone Events accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the acts or omissions of RNS Shoulder Symposium, third party suppliers or for your property and personal effects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Events accepts no responsibility for any loss, cost or expense arising directly or indirectly as a result of, or in any way connected with, the use or performance of this website.
All attendees are bound by these terms and conditions.
Insurance is strongly recommended that delegates take out adequate travel and health insurance prior to the commencement of travel. It is your sole responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance, including adequate travel insurance prior to the commencement of travel.
