FAQ's

  • Code of Conduct. This is a combined government and industry event, for professionals working in the K9 scent field. As such we ask that you conduct yourself in a professional manner, which includes observation of Australia's anti descrimintation laws. We also ask that you follow instructions provided by the event and hotel staff in the best interest of adhering to workplace health and safety best practices. A safety brief will be provided as part of initial reception to the venue.
  • Attendance with animals. This event has not been designed for animals to attend. Please do not bring any animals, unless they are authorised assistance animals, or otherwise 'working'.
  • Consumption of alcohol. There are several opportunities in which to indulge in a social drink. Please limit your consumption of alcohol to these times and not during the conduct of the planned conference activities during the day.
  • Early departure, failure to attend. We do not offer any refund for lack of attendance during any stage of the event, unless previously organised with the event management manager.
  • What's included in my ticket price? Included for all attendees each day of the conference is fresh fruit (all day), tea and coffee on arrival, morning and afternoon tea (including sweet and savoury items) and lunch. 2 hour canapes and standard drinks during the welcome reception on Tuesday night and buffet dinner with standard drinks at conference dinner on Wednesday night. Complimentary wi-fi is included within the conference space.
  • What's NOT included? Your ticket price does not include car parking, accommodation if required and meals outside of what is listed above.
